Context:

During the 80s, the museum carried out itinerant exhibitions of the Pintura Ingenua (Naïve Painting) collection in different country locations. In September 1984, there was one in Antofagasta and another in the Metropolitan region, specifically in the Camilo Ortuzar High School. Julio Tobar and the museum staff, including Sylvia Ríos, who was part of the research area, and later became director from 1996 to 2000, were in charge of the exhibition’s scheduling.
