The images on this website are protected under copyright©. The Tomas Lago’s American Folk Art Museum holds the property rights over all the documents.

Terms of Use

  1. It is mandatory to specify the use that will be given to the reproductions of the digital files in the contact form.
  2. You must cite “Fondo Museo de Arte Popular Americano Tomás Lago Universidad de Chile” or its abbreviation “Fondo MAPA U. de Chile” in every publication where you use requested digital files, regardless of their support.
  3. Authorized digital files are valid only for the use detailed in the contact form and cannot be reused without a new request.
  4. Requested digital files cannot be intervened.
  5. In case of use of files on publications, users must give a copy free of charge to the Museum’s library. If the publication is on digital media, users must provide detailed information about the website where it is published.
